Healthy "Snickers"

I've made this recipe so many times and it never goes wrong, they're so easy to make , that makes them so addictive, since it's very easy to make another stack of them.

I made them for the very first time for my 18th birthday brunch, and they finished so fast that I knew this was the perfect "easy" snack. A week later it was my real birthday and I had to go to the agency to make some digi's. I hate to come in empty handed, so I made another stack of "Snickers". when I went upstairs to take my digi's and came back they finished them all, so I knew this was a winning recipe. So that's why I'm sharing this with you guys!

- 2 hands of mixed nuts

- 2-3 rice waffles

- 2tbsp melted coconut oil

- 2tbsp (raw) cacao powder

- 1tbsp agave/ honey/ maple/ dates syrup

-add some coconut chips/grater for a bounty flavor (optional)

Melt the coconut oil in a pan, meanwhile chop the nuts, crumble the rice waffles and mix with the cacao powder in a bowl together. Add the coconut oil and agave syrup to get it all stick together.

Place some baking paper/ aluminium foil in a baking tray and press the mixture in it. Place the baking tray  in the fridge and wait for a bit till the mixture is all hard and sticks together.

When hard break it in pieces however you like it and they're ready to eat!
