London is like a health food walhalla, on every street corner you'll look you find an amazing cafe, pub or restaurant. I haven't spend time in London for too long, but what I do know is that I definitely need more time for this city! these are the spots I'd love to go to for a nice breakfast, brunch or coffee with my friends in the morning hours:
Redempion Bar
Redemption bar has been on my to go list for a while now and I finally had the chance to go. So when I had a weekend off I met up with my friends and went for brunch in the Covent Garden, which was a hit. They have a beautiful menu focussed on nutritional plant based food. No time to brunch? on the other side of the restaurant they have a take away bar for coffees, juices, cakes and salads!

Menu: DF, GF, Vegan, Raw
Recommendation: Iced coffee with cacao, vanilla bean and coco milk, next to a slice of toasted banana bread.

Their menu is filled with nutrition and plant based goodies which will make your tummy a very happy one! Not only the food is very delicious, but the interior is amazing looking.

Not in London? Ella got some amazing books with all her recipes, next to her app ánd blog, you can't miss out on this!

The Fields Beneath
The fields beneath recently opened their second store, but I was already known by their first one! The first location is underneath the overground so when you get out that stop you can't miss out on it. So one day I stepped out and saw this cute coffee shop, went in and found out everything they made was vegan and housemade! It's a small store, but it is definitely worth the try or take away!

This is why their focus is on creating nutritious, wholesome food using good quality, seasonal ingredients cooked from scratch daily in our kitchen.
