When you visit Barcelona, you land in a hotspot food heaven, well at least - that's how I experienced it -. I didn't know where to go, because there was just too much choice and I didn't have that much time... In Barcelona you can find a wide scala on healthy hotspots, tapas restaurants and bars, it's a city full with food and a lot to explore!
Veganbowls Barcelona
Vegan Bowls is one of the best vegan additions to the city. The shop is super small and is mainly focused on take aways of their guilty pleasures. but not too less their food bowls are amazing as well! I had their curry and that was one of the best once I had in a while! they take really good care about the presentation for sure and satisfaction factor is 100% guaranteed.
Healthy stars: 4/5
Menu: GF, vegan
Recommendation: The red curry bowl or the choco chip cookie

Teresa’s. Stairway to Health
So there was this one day I had to come back from Madrid for a very important casting, I would barely make it, but I did, in fact I was stuck there for 3 hours... I didn't have a proper lunch and it was already 7PM, so I ordered Deliveroo at Teresa's, best thing what happened to me that day, but when my food aired obviously it was my turn... Anyways Teresa's gives you choices of vegan (fast)food and cakes exactly what you need!

Recommendation: The vegan Caesar salad with the sweet potato wedges as a side.
Almalibre Acaï Bar
I lived near by Almalibre and crossed this spot every time when I was walking to my gym, one morning I was done crossing it and went in, which was a very good decision! Almalibre is mainly focussed on Acaï bowls. You can pick they size you would like to have small, normal, large and extra large. Than you add some toppings and voila! The acaï is very important for Almalibre so no weird additions just really good acaï!
Healthy stars: 4/5
Menu: DF, GF, fish, Vegan, vegetarian

Teresa Carles
Teresa Carles is one of the model Vegetarian Restaurants in Barcelona since they started out in 1979. Deeply influenced by a traditional and familiar Catalan cuisine, Teresa leap into cooking with a goal in mind: using the best products from her motherland (Algerri, Lleida) to create recipes as tasty as her grandmothers' and mother's but in a natural and much healthier way.
Healthy stars: 5/5
Menu: DF, GF, Vegan, vegetarian
Recommendation: the Eggplant rolls

Böl
When you see the name, you think about Scandinavia, but than with warm Spain weather. The name already says it, but Böl is focussed on healthy bowls of food! you can come in for a delicious and cold smoothie bowl or a healthy salad!
Healthy stars: 5/5
Menu: DF, GF, fish, Vegan, vegetarian
Recommendation: The Mermaid bowl

Flax & Kale
Everybody who comes to Barcelona probably knows about Flax&Kale, and I understand why. Flax&Kale might be one of my favorite spots since they do also serve dishes with fish, but (almost) everything is dairy free. It's always busy, but presentation and the interior is on point and really worths the wait. The service is fast!
Healthy stars: 4.5/5
Menu: DF, GF, fish, Vegan, vegetarian
Recommendation: Rainbow Coconut mylk parfait.

Flexbowls
Flexbowls was the very first healthy bowls restaurant in Barcelona. It has a wide range of plant-based, flexitarian food on the menu. It’s a must visit for you if you’re plant-based and with your non veggie friends/family in Barcelona.

Satan's Coffee
Craving a good good coffee definitely hop by Satan's coffee. They are based on two locations in Barcelona, so the chance you are near by one just doubled it's chances. They make their own pastries, with some vegan options. Next to that they also sell some goodies like hats, tote bags and t-shirts.

LULU Barcelona
Lulu is open all day for brunch until 7PM, after you can get some snacks and drinks. Their menu goes from salmon or avocado toast to a homemade granola bowl to a green breakfast bowl with some veggies and sourdough bread. Next to this amazing menu, we haven't spoken about their location yet, because their location is footsteps away from the beach.
