So after I've been for a few weeks in Milan again, I made this list with my favorite places to go to for lunch, coffee or a brunch. Italy is a very very traditional country and is very stubborn with creating new places for healthy food places, it's not like NYC or London at all! So save those places when you're going to Milano, you'll need them (;
SOULGREEN
Soulgreen is a new addition to the city and the number one ranked vegan hotspot of Italy. Being based near by Corso Como, the newer more modern area of Milan makes it the perfect place for a restaurant like this. When you will come in there are plants everywhere, to filter the air your breathing in, to give you a fresh feeling and a chance to escape the city pollution. Soulgreen is 100% vegan and serves lunch and dinner.
Healthy stars: 4.5/5
Menu: GF, vegan
Recommendation: The Italian bowl

RADICETONDA
Radicetonda was one of the first vegan places I got to know in Milan. Their food is very clean and basic, but that's perfect since you know they won't add ingredients which doesn't need to be in your food. They have really tasty pies as well! Radicetonda is 100% vegan and serves lunch and dinner.
Healthy stars: 5/5
Menu: GF, vegan
Recommendation: all their veggies, they are so clean!

PANINI DURINI
Panini Durini is my favourite spot in Milan for a quick coffee take away or to fill up my time in between my castings. they have spots everywhere all over Milan, so you won't and you can't miss out on this one. I love their chai cappuccino, iced matcha or golden latte with soy milk. they also have a great selection of sandwiches, toast or salads. Panini Durini has something for everyone: meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan.
Healthy stars: 3.5/5
Menu: GF, DF, vegan, vegetarian, meat, fish
Recommendation: chai latte

JUICE BAR
Is one of the most well known places in Milan, their main restaurant is based around the corner of Duomo, so it's very easy to reach. They have a take away but also eat in. Their vegan sushi is high on my try out list, but they do also have little bowls with back rice with edamame, salmon and veggies and way more. Or you prefer some sweets because they do have acai as well! Juice bar has all options: fish, meat, vegetarian, vegan.
Healthy stars: 4/5
Menu: GF, DF, vegan, vegetarian, meat, fish
Recommendation: their little salad cups (black rice, edamame, salmon)

THAT'S VAPORE
That's Vapore has the same concept as juice bar, but has more locations spreaded out through Milan. They have some meals and in the morning they have smoothie bowls. They also have some vegan muffins which were great. I tried the choco banana muffin which was amazing, and really easy as a to go snack! That's Vapore has a lot of options: fish, meat, vegetarian, vegan.

Acai sisters is Milans first superfood bar and it opened when I wasn't in Milan, so now I could finally try it out. They have some really tasty smoothies, acai bowls, veggie bowls and cauliflower crust mini pizza's, very dangerous for Italian standards, but they're amazing!!
Acai sisters is 100% vegan.
